Newsletter Advertising

Ad Rates:
Full page $35/month
1/2 Page $20/month
1/4 Page $15/month
1/8 (business card) $10/month or $75/year (10 issues)

Format:
We prepare the newsletter in Microsoft Publisher.  Ads can be submitted in any of these formats:

• Publisher file (.pub) 
• Word file (.doc)
• Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf)
• Picture file (.jpg, .bmp, .tif)
• Camera-ready hard copy

Deadline:
The deadline is the first Thursday of the month preceding the month the ad is to appear in (example: September 2 for the October 2004 issue)

Distribution:
The newsletter goes out monthly to over 350 feminists
in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and to all NOW chapters in Maryland.  There are no newsletters in July and
August.

Payment:
Payment can be in the form of a check (payable to
Baltimore NOW) or credit card through PayPal
(info@baltimorenow.org).  You can mail a check to us
at: Baltimore NOW, PO Box 253, Timonium, MD 21094.
